Booking Terms and Conditions

About the Reserve
Any reservation requested will be by writing or e-mail to our reservation center which will be answered by the same means. Indicating the status and the payment deadline date before the trip, to the following email: info@tourmanuperu.com
Any confirmation, modification must have the OK of the reservations department in writing, otherwise it is not considered valid.
We will request the Rooming List or the reconfirmation of the group(s) 45 days before their arrival.
All confirmation and reconfirmation and cancellation must have a response from the reservations area, otherwise it will have no value. Reservations must be made to the following email: info@tourmanuperu.com
About Deposit
Deposits must be only 100 dollars per person for the Manu tour, for other tours 40% of the total amount that must be made through means of payment. And the final payment is made before the trip.
NO SHOW:
Passengers who do not show up for the tour for any reason by the indicated date will be charged 100% of the fare. Like the passenger who cancels or annuls the tour 3 days before.
If the passenger is reconfirmed and decides not to participate in the trip 60 days before the scheduled date, there will be a penalty of 70% of the total amount deposited.
If the cancellation is more than 30 days penalty of 100% of the reservation deposit.
If the cancellation is less than 30 days and the passenger has already paid the total amount of his tour, there will be a refund of 20% of the total amount and 80% retained for administrative expenses.
PREPAID:
The prepayments of our Reservations Department requested, must be made within the period indicated in the mail, groups 30 days before, fits 10 days before and last-minute passengers coordinate with the reservations department on space availability.
Travel Recommendations
The passenger who travels to Peru who has travel insurance for any contingency that could happen. case of accidental risks, medical, air rescue, etc.
