- About the Package
The impressive and challenging Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, the most popular trail in South America, reopened on July 15, 2021. The Inca Trail is recognized worldwide because it includes visiting wonderful Inca sites, seeing wonderful landscapes along the way and finally the arrival at one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World through the most beautiful Sun Gate, Machu Picchu.
- Itinerario
We start our trip early in the morning at 05:30 a.m. After picking up all our passengers, we will head towards Ollantaytambo, where those who wish can have breakfast or buy some candies, chocolates that help for the walk, then we will continue to Km. 82 Piscacucho ( 2700 m.s.n.m) place where the first control is located, then the 2-hour walk will begin arriving at Patallacta (2750 masl) Inca archaeological site building that will be explained by our guide, after our visit to this interesting place we will walk 45 minutes where we will have the lunch prepared by our experienced chef and his team which will surely amaze you with the food, after lunch we will continue with our 01:30 hour walk to our Wayllabamba camp (3000 masl.). Where after a well-deserved rest we will have the lunch and then dinner, and then spend the night.

In the morning we will have breakfast starting at 05.30 am, then we will continue the 45-minute walk to the second Wayllabamba control point and then we will begin a gradual ascent of 1.30 minutes (4 km) to our first rest point named TRES PIEDRAS where we will be able to find hygienic services and gloceries points, to then continue the ascent of 1.30 minutes (4 km) to our second resting point llullucha pampa 3800 m.s.n.m, then we continue the walk of 1.45 minutes (4 km) to the Warmiwañusca pass of 4215 m.s.n.m, then We make a descent of 2.30 minutes to the Pacay Mayo camp 3600 m.s.n.m where we will have our tea and dinner, where we will spend the night in this place.

After breakfast we will continue our walk. This stretch is 16 km. Full of vegetation and a number of Inca archaeological sites of different functions. The first archaeological site we will visit will be Runcurakay (3750 masl) which is located 45 minutes from the starting point, which is another Inca archaeological complex in the form of towers that has a site strategic surveillance of the east valley, then we continue to Runcurakay Pass 3900 m.s.n.m where we have a brief explanation of the Inca culture and then we will descend for the time of 1.30 minutes to the second archaeological site to visit Sayacmarka (area of difficult ascent, due to the difficulty of the stands) then we will continue the time of 25 minutes to the Chaquicocha lunch point where we will taste a lunch that the chef will prepare for us and then continue the walk to the next archaeological site to visit named Puyupatamarca 3750 m.s.n.m for the time of 2.30 minutes, we continue with the 3-hour journey down the stairs to our Wiñayhuayna camp where you will have We have our special tea and dinner because this day we will have a farewell ceremony for our porters.

This day we get up at 3.30 am for our breakfast, then we will descend to the control point where we will wait for a time of 1.20 minutes, passing the control we will walk for the time of 1.30 minutes to the point of Inti Punku (Puerta del Sol) where we will spend a rest of 20 minutes to have the majestic view of Machu Picchu and Wayna Picchu and then we will begin the descent of 1.00 hour to the citadel of Machu Picchu.
Then we will receive the 02:00 hour tour full of history with our guide and they will have free time to take more photos and explore the Archaeological site and from there return to the town of Aguas Calientes where you can have lunch on your own and visit the thermal baths. to then finally go to the train station to return to the town of Ollantaytambo and from there by tourist bus to the city of Cusco.
